So I decided today that I had better get back into trying to lose the baby weight again. I am home now, no more student teaching, and I have become quite lazy. Hubby and I were talking last night about how we have totally slacked off on our scripture reading and prayers personally and as a couple. So we made a commitment to each other to do MUCH better.
Well I was thinking this morning that I also need to do better on getting exercise in my day.
Then I thought about this blog and what a lazy bum I have been...
But I do have 'reasons' why I haven't been doing very good.
1. I only have a single stroller and 26 and 21 pound children. That means that I will be wearing one of them and that isn't a very appealing thought to me.
2. I like food. But Dr Laura says: "Nothing tastes as good as thin feels".
3. I am moving in less than three weeks and there is a LOT to do between now and then to get ready. I have tons of stuff to sell and I need to get on it.
4. It is HOT! And I really don't want to be outside. Lame I know.
All that being said, I will get 30 minutes of exercise in each day from now until we move.

i totally agree with you. it's grossly hot outside to be exercising. i started walking levi to work in the morning and that's about as much as i can do because it's still 90 degrees out.

ReplyDeleteI like food too- probably too much. But I think as long as you can get some exercise into your day it is okay. All in moderation though! :)
